How To Get Started

Joining a dynamic and growing company like FirstXpress Micro-Credit Enterprise/Service is an exciting opportunity for any job seeker. Our thorough hiring process ensures that we select the best candidates to join our team. 

The process includes five essential steps, each designed to identify individuals who are the perfect fit for our organization

  • Submission of Application:
    Interested applicants should visit our website or employment portal ie. www.firstxpressmicrocredit.com to complete and subsequently submit it for the job opening as available
  • Aptitude Test:
    All applicants are requested to take up our aptitude test. This test is based on English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and some general knowledge.
  • Selection of Successful Applicants:
    Our Human Resource Department of the company will review the test scores and select the passed applicants for onwards interview
  • Job Interview:
    As a corporate institution, we are more interested in individuals who are willing and capable to adapt tour corporate values and very challenging market demand of our operation. In addition, we seek to find out that during our interviews session. Depending on the availability of our interview board, we may have two (2) sessions ie. Phone Interview and face-to-face interview
  • Appointment Letters:
    Only successful applicants will be issued employment offers for onward acceptance.
